You can access all clan administration functions in the Palace. However, once a clan house has been built you will have to visit it for all clan matters.
If you'd like to become a clan member, you should apply here. Bear in mind that you will have to accept the clan's own rules.

Additional clan house features
The clan house itself will be built by completing a specific clan mission. Clan houses have to be located within city walls. There mustn't be more than three houses on a single spot, and they are not permitted next to the palace.
Once the house is built, leaders are allowed to define a custom image and homepage for the clan.
Extra rooms
By completing additional missions, clan houses can be extended with rooms for clan members only. With each new room built, the clan's level will increase so you can select another clan bonus.
Maintenance
Clan houses, once built, require continous maintenance. Maintenance costs are automatically paid from the clan's reserves every week.
Basic weekly maintenance fee is 500.000 silvers. Extra rooms will increase this fee.
If there is not enough money to cover maintenance costs then the clan house or rooms within it will begin to degrade. This will incur additional maintenance costs. If you fail to maintain the clan house for a period of 6 weeks, then it will collapse and a new one must be built in its place. Since the clan's level is determined by how far the clan house is developed, clan bonuses may be lost too. Demolished rooms can be rebuilt by completing missions again.
